Our annual productive capacity is 100,000 tons, containing Directly—Spun Filament and Directly—Spun Staple 30,000 tons each. After carrying out the reform of flexibility, we can produce a serial Semi—Dull, Full Bright and CDP about PET, Directly—Spun Filament and Directly—Spun Staple with high quality and good capability. Now we are prior to the brethren. The main kinds of Directly—Spun Filament are 100D—300D/36F—144F Semi—Dull conventional goods, 150D—300D/36F—144F CDP goods, 150D—200D/96F FOY. Our products are widely used in all kinds of added springiness equipment, directly in textile industry, and they are suitable for clothing and raw materials in other industries, such as luggage cloth, puggree cloth, etc. And the main specification of Directly—Spun Staple are 1.5dtex*38mm, 1.5dtex*51mm, 2.2dtex*51mm, etc. The items have high strength, homogeneous dyeing and are easy for spinning. They are popularly used for spinning civilian yarn, industrial yarn and non—textile articles in cotton manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang and other provinces.
